KATA's TCCT meets the strict new airline regulations for carry-on bag size*. And its modularity means that when you land it adapts to hold your fully assembled camera in everyday use. The TCCT holds the camera with the battery removed; in some cases the viewfinder must be removed and with extremely large cameras the lens must be removed as well. The disassembled parts go into padded pouches in the case.

Once you land, you can expand the case to its working position. The TCCT has a compartment that lengthens the case and a side compartment that makes it wider. Like the turtle's shell, the case and the extended compartments are padded and rigid at the same time, to protect their delicate contents.

The detachable trolley (included) makes it easier to transport the bag through the airport. In narrow check posts (security areas), the trolley can be removed in order to fit Airline Regulations Measuring Box.

Insertrolley Included

The simple yet ingenious Insertrolley System can be used with many Kata cases. It allows you to either use the trolley separately or with more than one case. Simply slide the trolley through the sleeve on the cases for secure and easy mobility. You can detach the trolley when you want to store it and easily replace it if damaged. Patented extendable wheel system helps to better stabilize larger cases.

If needed, additional Modi-Vers kits are available.

The shoulder strap attaches to the bag via this rugged yet lightweight buckle, which accepts either a quick-release hook or the strap itself. Either option ensures that the strap will cross the shoulder at the optimal ergonomic angle to provide comfort and stability.

KATA's Patented shoulder strap is constructed from 5 layers, thermo molded to the desired shape and softness. The special dot fabric stabilizes the strap on the shoulder. On one shoulder or across the chest, the double-sided APSS has a unique curved shape that prevents it from digging into the wearer's neck while offering optimal weight distribution. The strap comes with two snap-hooks, which can easily be connected to any case.
