For applications and situations that require shots to be taken in the harshest weather conditions, Kata offers the CRC-15 Rain Cover. Specifically designed to house the Sony HDR-FX1 and HVR-Z1 HDV Camcorders, the CRC-15 features ultra clear and waterproof vinyl panels on control sides of the camera, an adjustable mic sleeve and ample room to open LCD monitors. The CRC-15 slips quickly over the camera and is easily secured with integrated adjusters and pull-cords. A roomy bottom opening provides easy access and allows hands to move comfortably under the Rain Cover.
