Replacing the EL 20811KIT D-Lite2 Set, the Elinchrom EL 20814KIT D-Lite2 it Set contains two light sources with basic accessories to enable you to begin your adventure into creativity. A DVD Lighting Guide walks you through setting up and using your D-Lites. Different lighting scenarios are covered with expert advice and numerous examples. Many of Elinchrom's renowned accessories are demonstrated showing before and after results. Elinchrom D-Lite2 it Flash Heads

Ideal for small business applications, portraiture, for anyone interested in the art and creativity of lighting, these Swiss-designed and tested units will not only give many years of satisfactory service and pleasure, but allow the upgrading to more advanced units as necessary. The compact, lightweight D-Lite can be positioned almost anywhere and provide brightness control at the push of a button.

The D-Lite it offers new advanced features and a new look. The re-designed housing, with a new structured finish, incorporates a larger, rubberized handle with support for a spare fuse. The new robust Tilt Head Bracket offers a centered 7 mm umbrella fitting and an additional support for bigger umbrella shafts.

D-Lite2 Flashhead Key Features

Built-in EL-Skyport Receiver For Triggering And Frequency Channel Settings

D-Lite it can be triggered using the EL-Skyport Transmitter with 4 frequency channels, compatible with the ELS Transmitter and ECO Transmitter. The EL-Skyport has four selectable independent Groups, available when used with the EL Skyport Transmitter (not available when used with the ECO Transmitter included with this kit). Group and Channel Frequency settings can be customized on each D-Lite it unit.

Note: Style D-Lite IT compacts are not compatible with Skyport Software and have four channels and groups.

Programmable Normal Sync Mode Or Speed Sync Mode

Normal Sync Mode up to 1/160 second. EL-Skyport Speed Sync Mode allows for fast synchronization up to 1/250 second. This mode is available with both the ECO Transmitter and the EL Skyport Transmitter.

Red Eye Pre-Flash Management System

To avoid the red eye effect, some cameras may release several pre-flashes before the main flash. In this case a normal photocell would respond and release a flash with the first pre-flash of the camera. To avoid incorrect synchronization the intelligent Elinchrom Eye-Cell detects camera pre-flashes. The Eye-Cell function can be activated in Automatic Mode or in Manual Mode, even configuring LED pre-flashes.

New Housing Re-design: Robustness, Function And Elegance In One Package

The new reflector bayonet with speed locking accepts Rotalux softboxes up to 135 cm. The larger, rubberized handle offers spare fuse storage. A new pro stand bracket features extra umbrella fitting for larger umbrella shafts.

Temperature Controlled Fan Management

The cooling fan switches on automatically when internal temperature increases. A microprocessor controls the temperature and the fan. If ventilation is blocked or the fan does not work, the display shows a warning message.

Power Adjustments And Modelling Lamp

Flash power adjustments are in 1/10th steps per touch. The modelling lamp can be controlled proportional, or set to minimum and maximum level or switched off.
