The WX/T-PRO is a VHF transmitter which converts wired low-impedance mics into wireless. Now you can convert your favorite dynamic microphone with XLR connector into a wireless. When combined with any AZDEN PRO Series receiver, this single frequency, plug-in transmitter (also available on 170.245MHz, 171.105MHz, or 171.845MHz), gives you a high quality VHF system. Finally Videoraphers have a plug-in transmitter to use with their existing PRO series receivers.
The 169.445 MHz WX/T-PRO can be used with the receiver from any "PRO" series kit, or the Azden WDR-PRO True Diversity Wireless Receiver, the WR22PRO 2-Channel Receiver or the WRPRO Receiver.
The incredible success of the PRO Series among professional videographers has prompted Azden to add 2 additional frequencies, 171.105 and 171.845, to the most popular professional models, the WR-PRO, WDR-PRO and WDR-PRO receivers and the associated WX/T-PRO, WX/T-PRO, and the WX/T-PRO transmitters. These additiional VHF frequencies will not interfere with Azden's long-established 169.445 and 170.245MHz models.
Because the WX/T-PRO is a single-frequency unit available in any of these four PRO frequencies, please be sure you order the correct receiver for your WX/T PRO. If you order the 169.445 or 170.245MHz WX/T PRO, the compatible receievers are the original frequency models - WR-PRO, WDR-PRO, WR22-PRO. If you order the 171.105 or 171.845MHz WX/T PRO, the compatible receievers are the (S) models - WR-PRO(S), WDR-PRO(S), WR22-PRO(S). Please note that the PRO Series microphone/receiver complete kits only come in the two original frequencies.
